My Experience

I am a Special Needs Teaching Assistant and also have experience as an after-school play worker. I have been a nanny and a babysitter for 2 years. I look after a lovely 4 year old boy in central Cambridge after school in term time. He enjoys lots of sensory play and spending time outside. I babysit for twins aged 5 years old and often take sole charge of their evening routine which includes making sure they have bath time, playtime and story time before making sure they go to sleep on time. I have also looked after a lovely 10 year old in the evening and we often play games and I make sure he has his homework done and he goes to bed at a set time. Overall I have experience of reading books, arts and crafts, taking the children to the park and making sure they are happy. I am adaptable and will follow any routine set by the family.

My Qualifications

I have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service, a Level 2 Child Safeguarding
Certificate, Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate, Keeping Children Safe in Education Certificate. I am starting an Access Course in Childhood studies in September 2025 in order to pursue a degree in Education in 2026.

My Availability

I am available to babysit most evenings and I am free on a full time basis from the End of July to the End of August

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)

I charge 12 per hour
