We are Teresa and Jamie, a family of four with two energetic and curious sons, Benjamin (4) and Noah (3). As business owners, our schedules can be quite dynamici, which is why we are looking for a reliable and flexible childminder to support us.
Position details:
Days: 2-3 days a week
Hours: 9am to 2pm

My Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in childcare, particularly with preschool-aged children.
Enthusiasm for Outdoors: A love for nature and the ability to organize outdoor activities.
Educational Skills: Strong organizational and teaching skills to help our children learn and grow.
Flexibility: An understanding of our fluctuating schedules and the ability to adapt as needed.
Nurturing Personality: We seek someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and nurturing, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
Daily Outdoor Trips: We believe in the importance of nature and outdoor play. We would like our children to spend time outside every day, exploring and learning from their environment.
Homeschooling Preparation: We are looking for someone who can engage Benjamin and Noah in educational activities that prepare them for primary school. This includes basic literacy, numeracy, and other foundational skills through fun and interactive methods.
