About Me
Hey , my name’s Molly :) I’m a qualified childcare practitioner with experience across a variety of areas with children and young people. I am currently running a support group for children with SEND and am hoping to do some babysitting on top of this. I aspire to create a unique and enjoyable experience , putting children’s best interest at heart . I am not afraid to get stuck in so be prepared to see me acting just as crazy as your little one . Don’t worry however , although I’m a big kid at heart , I have plenty of knowledge and experience to handle pretty much any situation thrown at me. You can be assured that your children will never be stuck bored, watching tv . I will always have a variety of activities up my sleeve to create lifelong memories.
My Experience
I have been working with children for several years now. Within this time , I have gained extensive experience in a variety of areas including but not limited to : running and managing a SEND support group , baby sitting , SEND 1:1 support worker , forest school , TA, nurseries and even outdoor adventure . During these experiences , I have navigated complex situations , planned and lead activities and built positive relationships. I have also taken part in intensive training and am able to apply this to my time working with children.
My Qualifications
Currently studying at university for a BA degree in childhood and youth and early childhood .
Level 3 (A*) in Childcare and Education with QTS.
First Aid qualified.
SEND
Level 2 in a variety of other areas including safeguarding, inclusivity , health and safety and food hygiene.
