About Me
Hi! I'm Claire, a Mum of 2 children aged 10 and 12 and a qualified primary school teacher. I have worked with children since the age of 14 to now - at 44! I'm a friendly, supportive and caring person who is available for one to one or small group private tuition from my purpose built garden room in Woodthorpe for children up to the age of 11. I hold a full DBS.
My Experience
Worked in schools from 1999 - 2024 as a TA, teacher and now tutor. I've experience of supporting 1000's children with their learning, including those with special needs such as dsylexia and autism and those who are working at greater depth.
My Qualifications
PGCE achieved in 2009
BA Hons in Education.
Full DBS and up to date safeguarding knowledge.
Certificate in children and young peoples mental health.
My Availability
After school tuition - I have availability within my times tables group on a Monday at present, occasionally I have students leave so I can take on new students.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £34.00 per hour
Small group tuition 20.00 (50 minutes), one to one 30 minutes £23.00, 45 minutes £30.00. Occasional 1 hour slots - 34.00
Daytime babysitting - 15.00 an hour (10A.M - 3P.M ) availability with notice. ADHOC id fine.
