About Me
Hello, my name is Kate
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder offering Nurturing, Home-Based childcare.
Inspired by comforting, slow paced core skill learning of Hygee and the curiosity focused and stimulating Reggio Approach to Early Years learning. My setting is called ‘Cubs Cove’ Worthing.
I offer a welcoming, homely, clean and resourceful home-from-home setting where children can learn, play and thrive in a familiar environment at home and explore out in nature and socialise in our the local community.
I am based in South Broadwater, Worthing
My Experience
I am a mum of 3 great kids myself. My son, Tommy, who is 14 years. My Daughter, Rosie, who is 10 years, and my Son, Ted, who is 10 months old.
I am the eldest of my siblings, I am an aunt and godmother also, so all my life I have been around children and have been responsible for them.
Friends would agree that I have an enthusiastic, holistic, approachable, creative, kind and caring nature and I relate well to children and their needs of development.
I am creative and nurturing with the children and give them lots of opportunities to play and explore the world around them . Weekly Magic and adventure is what we do best!
My Qualifications
I have completed courses in Paediatric First Aid, Safe Guarding, Food Hygiene. I am currently enrolled on a Early Years Practitioner Childcare course Level 3 & 4 and would then like to go on and complete a Hygge in the Early Years Accreditation Award.

I currently have limited availability Tuesday- Thursday 830-6pm

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I offer 2 days a week 'free childcare' under the 15hrs government scheme. 830am-4pm
I also offer extended funded hours (30hrs) over 3 days a week (8am- 6pm) and private paid additional days/hours. Open Tuesdays- Thursdays
