My Experience
I have been a Learning Support Assistant for over 6 years in primary and secondary schools and also colleges, supporting children who are autistic and children who have learning difficulties and disabilities in different school environments. I am calm and very patient and respond well to the high-pressure demands of children. I readily establish a good rapport with children and the parents of children that are in my care.
