My Experience

Attended Nanny college (Chiltern College) In Berkshire. Where I had a variety of experiences in different settings. One being a placement at Grwat Ormond Street hospital.
Upon qualifying with my Diploma, I worked at the nursery for a year, joined Nursery agency work for a couple months before moving to Somerset.
Where I secured a fantastic job in a Nursery? In a wonderful location. My manager had an OBE for her services to Childcare and invested alot of her time into developing our knowledge into play. After being a room leader furva couple of years I followed a co hort from Nursery to school.
Where I became a SENTA for 2 years before having my first child. I returned back to the school for another 2 years and left yo have my second child. And now have my three children.
My youngest now joins primary school with her older brothers.

Have had First Aid and paediatric training

My Availability

Having my own children I would ideally like some flexibility in having your child join the school run/pick up. I have a 7 seater car myself. Happily discuss. Every problem has a solution!
My availability is not fixed yet. In a perfect world I would nanny 2/3 days a week. I am researching courses in Art therapy. This would take a couple of years to complete so looking, again, for part time training wich, would include days at a college or university.
I will consider babysitting some weekends/evenings.
