I am an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent service to the public. I have worked in a range of industries working with the public which have allowed me to gain confidence when communicating with the public and become the best team player i can possibly be. I am not afraid to ask questions and will confidently approach my colleagues if I require some assistance or help. I am able to work under pressure and during busy periods of time and will focus on the task at hand.
My Experience
I worked at a private nursery since April 2022, completing my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship. My responsibilities within the nursery range from, safeguarding the children to ensure they are safe within the setting and outside of the setting, helping the children gain experience to improve their development following the EYFS and Montessori curriculum through play (activities) and exploring their surroundings, and communicating and working alongside the children’s parents to gain a positive working partnership. I am a hard working and trusted member of the Montessori Minds team and I am also trusted and respected by the children that I teach and their parents/caregivers. I have gained confidence within my communication skills by working at Montessori minds through morning and evening handovers and working alongside my colleagues and staff meetings.
