About Me
Babysitting is something I have done over the years as a casual thing on the side for family and friends. This is something I have done frequently but irregularly for around 5 years. This role would require me to entertain and safeguard children of a variety of ages for short periods of time. I did my work experience at an infant school where I was a teaching assistant for a few weeks. In this role I was working with approximately 26 children aged 5-6, assisting them with numeracy and literacy tasks. Recently I worked for a summer camp with foreign teenagers, I was a summer camp activity leader which meant I had to come up with ideas to entertain the young adults and keep them safe. This role was definitely very different from working with children and was far more challenging but a lot of fun.
