My Experience

The Kiddies Cove Day Nursery (March 2023 - Present)
I have just qualified as a nursery practitioner (level 3 childcare diploma) at the Kiddies Cove Day Nursery. I do 40 hours a week making sure the children are safe and providing and meeting their needs.

• Ollie Owls Day Nursery (February 2023 - March 2023)
I was at Ollie Owls Day Nursery for a short amount of time as an apprentice studying my level 3 childcare diploma, I was completing the same work as previously, keeping the children safe and making sure their needs are met throughout their time at nursery.

• The Kiddies Academy which is now The Beaconsfield Day Nursery (May 2021 - January 2023)
I started off as a lunch cover at the kiddies academy day nursery doing 20 hours a week but decided to take a step up in my career and changed my contract a couple of times and chose to study my level 3 in childcare whilst working her. I was working 40 hours a week making sure the children are safe and providing and meeting their needs.

• Danesfield House Hotel and Spa (September 2019 - 2020)
I was an apprentice for the spa attending college 1 day a week to complete my level 3 Beauty Therapy. This job required me to carry out all level 2 treatments including facials, manicures and pedicures, body scrubs, scalp massages.

• General Assistant - Jungle Mania Soft Play (October 2017 - 2019)
This job required me to perform a number of different roles, for example I worked on the till, supervised the children, prepared and served refreshments, ensured the safety of the play areas and maintained the play equipment to a clean and presentable standard.


• Cadet - Thames Valley Police force (September 2017 – December 2017)
I attended police cadets 1 evening per week having developed an interest in pursuing a career in the police force, regrettably I found that this was interfering with my studies and revision for my GCSEs so I reluctantly had to resign from the cadets as I regarded my qualifications to be a higher priority.

• Assistant - The Barber Shop Group (June 2016 – August 2016)
This role required me to keep the shop tidy, ensuring that the kitchen was hygienic and tidy, washing towels and other requisites, preparing refreshments for customers and other staff.
