My Summary

My Experience

My past experiences within childcare is that I studied health and social care at college therefore gaining the knowledge around children, how they develop, caring for them etc. I gained a level 3 NVQ qualification. In addition, I worked in a nursery with ages ranging from 6months to 3 years old. I was promoted to a key worker within that role which gave me the experience of engaging with parents, keeping them up to date with the progression of their child, what they are throughout the day, the activities they took place in, their sleep times etc. I have also grown up with two younger brothers, helping to look after them when they were newborns to now. I helped with feeding them, clothing them, bathing them, taking them on days out etc. I always loved helping my parents with my siblings as the love and care for looking after them is special.

In addition, I am currently studying a childcare degree part time with the open university to broaden my knowledge around working with children and to gain that extra qualification against my name therefore bringing me opportunities for roles in the future.

My Qualifications

I have a level 3 NVQ health and social care qualification.
I have also completed safeguarding training, food handling and other courses within my past role at the nursery.
I am also currently studying a part time degree within childcare with the open university.

My Availability

My availability is mainly weekdays, Monday to Friday anytime needed. I would work the occasional weekend if this is needed.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My fees can vary depending on the parent.
