Outline: The Etiquette Group – Ambassador Representative.
Working at events including the Chelsea Flower Show, Cheltenham Festival, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Blenheim Palace, Ascot racecourse, Newmarket Racecourse and The Oval Cricket Ground. A recognised Ambassador successfully recruiting over 100 people to work for the group.

Outline: Worked for the Chestnut Group chain of pubs and restaurants as a Waitress and as Front of house Staff during the University holidays and term time.

Working alongside a team of 15 including waiting and kitchen staff to welcome guests and provide services in line with customer expectations, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

• Taking customers’ orders in a timely manner.

June and July 2022

• Working at the Michel Roux’s restaurant ‘The Lawn’ and responsible for preparing drinks for customers and providing consistent customer service. Managing cash and card transactions and establishing a good rapport with guests, catering to all requests and resolving any service issues in a timely manner. ?

My Qualifications

GCSEs, A levels, undergraduate degree. I went to The Leys school in Cambridge, Framlingham College for my A levels and Oxford Brookes for university.

My Availability

I am available the rest of summer but away the week of the 5th. Available weekdays.
