My Requirements

Im looking for some to help me over the holidays and potentially long-term. My son seven has complex needs. He has autism ADHD and sensory processing disorder. He is a very loving and affectionate young boy with lots of energy but it makes it hard especially over the school summer holidays entertaining all three of my children and it being safe. As he has attendance to run-off. I'm ideally looking for somebody, who can support me on outings, Give me some respite and has the confidence to take Jack out by themselves and to allow me to have quality time with my daughters. Somebody that is proactive as I have never used a service like this before and feel uncomfortable Telling people what to do. Jack is still in nappies. He is easy to change but the size of a 10-year-old so somebody needs to be willingly happy to change him. We currently live on a farm in a house we are hoping to renovate shortly, with lots of garden space. We have a-year-old Labrador called Max. He is very friendly but very lively And jumpy so need to be okay, around dogs. My partner is currently working away, so I just need some help.
Somebody who is flexible, Potentially available two days a week to start.
