About Me
I am 24 years old. I have just finished my second year as a primary school teacher working with children between the ages of 5-11 and am now looking for a full- time nanny position, Monday - Friday, either live in or live out depending on the location. I currently live in Hamble and would be happy to relocate. I am happy to complete light chores/ housekeeping however I would like to focus more on the children. I love animals and enjoy spending time with my family dog. I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, walking and painting. I have a 10 year old sister who I enjoy spending my time with. I trained to become a primary school teacher at the University of Brighton. I hold a valid, clean drivers licence, an up-to-date DBS, and I am paediatric first aid trained.
My Experience
I have a passion for working children. I have a large amount of experience working with children. I have baby sat regularly since I was 16 years old. I have worked as a HLTA in a school for a year. I then went onto become a qualified primary school teacher and had my own class in both years 3 and 4. On my placement training years with university I taught and cared for children who were all different ages, ranging from Reception - Year 6. In addition, during my time at secondary school I completed a two week work placement in a Nursery. I also have a 10 year old sister who I often care for, duties include cooking, driving, helping with homework and engaging in fun activities!
My Qualifications
I hold a 2.1 university degree in Primary Education with QTS.
I hold a Level 2 qualification in Health and Nutrition
I hold a Level 2 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Mental Health
I am paediatric first aid trained
I hold an up-to-date DBS
My Availability
I am available Monday - Friday , and would like a full time position.
