My Experience

I have held various job positions where I have gained diverse experience working with individuals with disabilities. My first role was in a care home for adults with severe disabilities and medical conditions such as epilepsy. I provided support and assistance with their daily activities, as well as medical care when needed.

I then transitioned to a special needs school that focuses on children with autism. This job role required me to work with challenging behaviors and provide individualized support to children aged 4 to 17. I have honed my skills in communication, patience, and understanding while working with these children.

In addition to my school job, I also do babysitting in the evenings for an autistic child. This experience allows me to further develop my skills in a different setting and work on building relationships with families in the community. Overall, my diverse experiences have equipped me with the necessary skills to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and provide quality care and support.

My Qualifications

I have got my GCSE English literacy and language.
I have also got a BETC level 2 in childcare

My Availability

I am very flexible during the school holidays. I can work evenings and weekends and would be able to fit more into my rota.
