My husband and I have a son who will be coming 1 year old in december. I will be going back to work partime in January.

I work for NHS which will follows a rota of 2 on 6 off so each week will be different. I am currently asking work for set days. Weekends my husband is off but weekdays, my husband will need to drop off at 7am and pick up around 5pm.
