Childcare is my passion after working in the sector for over 30 years. I am committed, trustworthy and hardworking and continue to prioritise the care of the children I work with. I am punctual and have good time keeping skills. I enjoy a challenge and meeting new people. I enjoy socialising with family and friends in my spare time, doing puzzles and crosswords, growing vegetables and gardening.
My Experience
When I first came out of college I became a children's nanny, which I did for over 10 years working with different families. I really enjoyed this and I am still in contact with some of them. For the last 20 years I have worked for Coventry City Council working in creches all over the city. I got to know lots of the children and watched them grow up, which was really nice. Over the past 2 years I have looked after my two grandchildren, identical twin boys, twice a week around my part time hours which I have really enjoyed.
