About Me
As a tutor I am very patient and gentle, not only do I help with the task that they may need more help on but also finding ways of coping and reducing stress and regulating emotions.
As a babysitter (depending on the age) I will give them engaging activities to do and help them in any way I can. Not only is it looking after them but also making sure that you are able to look after yourself. Whether it's a couple of hours just to relax and breathe and enjoy a bath to yourself or to get away on a date.
My Experience
Being the eldest of 9 (the youngest being 12 now) I had a hands on experience with them and had more responsibility with age and time, staying with my mum until 24 to help care for my siblings.
Doing my childcare and development course I was able to work alongside nurseries and primary schools, developing my understanding for art therapy and had the lucky chance in year 10 to work alongside a nursery for a week for work experience
