I am a qualified Primary School teacher with 25 years teaching experience who is based in Canterbury.

My Experience

• Accomplished, results-orientated primary school teacher of K.S. 2 (Years 3-6).
• Last Ofsted graded “good” with “outstanding elements” (June 2014).
• Spearheaded many educational and extra-curricular initiatives in adjunct role of School Council Leader and P.E. Specialist Teacher, including Fairtrade Fundraising Days, organizing whole school thermoplastic playground markings and achieving Activemark accreditation for commitment to raising P.E. standards.
• Taught French since my employment at St.Teresa’s and I helped my school earn a silver award for Kent accreditation in primary languages (Silver Award)
• Completed course on Assessment for Learning to improve class reading skills through focus of guided reading tasks: achieved this aim as 22 out of 32 year 4 pupils achieved level 4 in optional S.A.T.s reading test
