My Experience

My experience spans both professional HR roles and over six years of hands-on childcare. In my HR career, I've worked in IT and Non-IT recruitment, where I've honed my skills in sourcing top talent, managing full recruitment cycles, and aligning hiring practices with business goals. I've had the opportunity to work with both start-ups and established companies, where I contributed to improving recruitment efficiency and team productivity.

On the childcare side, I’ve been a freelance nanny since September 2017, caring for a set of twins from their first week of life. Over the years, I've developed and implemented routines that catered to their growth and developmental needs, from infancy to the brink of their 7th birthday. My role involved everything from feeding and bathing to early childhood education and creating engaging activities that sparked their creativity and curiosity. In addition to my HR qualifications, I have over six years of hands-on experience as a freelance nanny. During this time, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in child development, infant care, and early childhood education, particularly in managing the unique needs of twins. My Availability

I'm available for both part-time and full-time positions, with a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to meet the needs of the role. Whether it's regular daytime hours, evenings, or weekends, I'm open to working at times that are most convenient. My priority is to find a position where I can fully utilize my skills and make a positive contribution.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour

My fees are competitive and reflect the level of care and expertise I provide. For nanny services, I typically charge £12 - £15 per hour for part-time care and £15 - £18 per hour for full-time care in London. I’m open to discussing a rate that works best for both parties, depending on the specific needs and requirements of the role. My goal is to ensure that the fees are fair and align with the quality of care I offer.
