About Me
Hi! Im Ffion, I'm 23 and currently live in Bruntsfeild in Edinburgh. I am prompt, organised and reliable person, but I also enjoy having fun and getting a bit messy. I studied at Edinburgh college of art and am currently working in an art supply store. I have worked with children in the past which I really enjoyed and miss a lot. I am first aid trained, have a PVG and enjoy putting together craft and outdoor activities for children.
My Experience
I worked for a year (2023 to 2024) as an Art Activity Coach with Jets activity clubs (an after school club for children age 4-11). From this job I already have a PVG and am First Aid trained. I am very proficient at putting together art and craft activities tailored to children's interests, and have also put together sports, outside and science activities which I would enjoy doing in a nanny situation where I can really tailor the plans to the individual child. On average the ratio at my previous job was 1 adult :10 children so I am more than comfortable with multiple children or just the one.
My Qualifications
Childcare: PVG and first aid trained
General: BA Painting 1st class, 4 A levels (AABC),
My Availability
Any evenings after 7pm
Weekdays before and after school.
As I said, I also work part time in a shop, therefore I can do any weekday but not every week day (3 days a week is probably maximum plus evenings).
