About Me
I am a Mum of two children, I enjoy family time at the weekend. My ethos is "home from home" and know how important it is for your child to feel safe and secure in order for them to develop and thrive, becoming confident for school readiness.
I constantly review my practice, always striving to keep up to date with the latest educational programs and attend relevant training to enable me to do so.
But most importantly, I like to see the children in my care happy.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for 20years And been the manager of a small Private Nursery for 8years before leaving to become a childminder.
I have recently had my first Ofsted Inspection as a Childminder and received and "Good" rating
My Qualifications
I completed Level 3 in childcare in 2004 the went on to complete Level 5 Foundation Degree in 2014.
I hold a full Paediatric First Aid
Safeguarding
Food hygiene Level 2
And due to complete Early Years Professional Development November 2024 (delivered by the Department for Education)
My Availability
I prefer full days so the children experience all the activities I have to offer.
