My Requirements
We whould require an adult to be present for our son's breakfast, getting ready for school, school dropp off and pick up.
As my partner's job schedule is not fixed, she can get as 15 days or less random off when we won't be needing any help and the rest to be filled by a minder. Is that something that we can work around?
