About Me
Hi, My name is Sarah and I have been working with children since I left College in 2010. I come from a big family with 5 siblings which includes two younger sisters (Twins),who I helped supervise with their friends when they were little.I am honest, caring, organised, have a flexible approach when supporting children's learning through play. I understand how to form a bond with children and to tailor activities to their individual needs whilst incorporating their interests!
I love seeing children gain the skill they are working towards even if it is simply hearing them say my name for the first time or make that 3d ball from their favourite construction set independently for the first time!
I enjoy music, arts/crafts, photography, cooking, going to the beach, and being outdoors. I spend most of my spare time with my nieces and nephew, who are growing up far too fast!
My Services
I run Sarah's Sitting Service offering Before/After School Care (Swanton Morley Only) , School Holiday Care and Evening babysitting.
All care is provided in the Child's home although I am open to shared babysitting. I will entertain the children with age appropriate activities until you return home.
I have access to a car to travel to families however I do not provide transport for children, when caring for children I utilize public transport or where possible I encourage walking,scootering or biking.
My Experience
I am currently employed as Preschool SENCo and offer my services outside of my primary Job. I have 14 years of experience working with children aged between 2 to 4 years old.(10 years as SENCo)
I have been running Sarah's sitting Service for 4 years caring for children 4+ before/after school and through the school holidays.

I attend childcare related courses frequently. I actively look for courses to attend and refresh my knowledge when required.

My Availability
Before/After School care is only available in Swanton Morley due to other commitments. This care is available from 8am and 3pm.
School Holiday Care -This care is available between 9am - 5pm during Norfolk County Council School holidays.
Evening babysitting - I am available on Friday and Saturday Evenings however will consider other days should the need arise. This care is available between 7pm - 10pm.
For all care,I am flexible with all timings and will endeavour to meet your requirements so please just ask.
