I am a friendly, bubbly individual who just strives to help others where possible. I have recently moved back home to pursue a career in Psychology at Kings College London after completing 2 years of Medicine at the University Of Exeter. I love learning and have great resilience. I enjoy art, reading and find pleasure in baking :).
My Experience
I come from a large family with one too many cousins (and I am one of the oldest) so have spent many of hours with children. One of which has Autism so I would say I am equipped to understanding children with SEN. I also spent 5 weeks last summer in Barcelona as an au Pair to 4 children, and have been back for 2 week stints to visit and help out with the family. This involved helping the children with their English, prepping activities and just having fun with them! So .. in lieu with this, I have extensive babysitting experience. I worked in a care home for a year which gave me the privilege of adult care experience, cleaning and feeding. I also worked as a student ambassador, organising events and being a safe space for my peers. I know have gotten a job as a Digital Care Coordinator for heart failure patients in Camden and Haringey.
My Qualifications
I completed my GCSEs in 2019, 11 grade 9-7 (A*-A)
I completed my A-levels in 2021, 5 grade A’s
I completed 2 years of medicine of which I was trained in BLS and had the privilege of having placements in SEN school with children with disabilities.
My Availability
I work 2 days a week 9-5 which has the possibility to be remote + one 9-12 on Wednesdays. I am yet to receive my university timetable so I will update this when I do :)
