About Me
Hello,
I am a 26 year old single parent to a 17 month old baby girl. I work full-time for 3 days a week ,12.5 hours a day in Catford. This is my first time ever using a child minder/ registered babysitter as since returning to work in January 2024 from Maternity leave it has just been friends and family babysitting my little one but that has cause there to be no stability in my daughters life and it means that every week we are going from house to house for childcare and are hardly in our own home. My hours at work I would consider to be unsociable hours which is why it has been a struggle. I work start work at 7am and finish work at 7:30pm.
I have not applied for any childcare grant or financial help as of yet because I am still trying to understand how to go about this all. So if anyone is able to give a guiding hand it would appreciate.
