Hi! My name is Emily Byrd and I’m a 21 year old law student. Over the years, I’ve been lucky to have babysitting jobs and have mainly looked after kids between 5-10. But, I’m open to any ages. I hope to be able to lend a hand and help you and your family when you need it most. My Experience
I have about 1 year of experience working with kids in professional and personal settings. I’ve learned how to assess a situation, multi-task, and how to be patient and empathetic no matter how stressful the situation. I believe communication is everything, so I’ll send regular updates and photos when taking care of your child for peace of mind. Furthermore, you set the scene for how you’d want your child to be taken care of. As such, I’m more than happy to adhere to any instructions for me to ensure the best care. And above all, I hope to help your child feel safe and create new memories; so, whether it’s reading, playtime, or going to the park, I’ll do everything I can to make my visits memorable and fun.
