About Me
I am a qualified and highly experienced primary school teacher and Maths and English tutor for primary aged-children. I offer both face-to-face (Wirral area) and online sessions, and can work with children 1:1 as well as in pairs or groups. I can support children in home-educating families during normal school hours, as well as offering some later afternoon tuition slots for pupils in full time school.
My Experience
- Fourteen years primary classroom teaching experience in a variety of schools
- Experience of supporting children with a range of SEND needs
- Experience preparing pupils for KS1 SATs, Year 1 Phonics Screening and Year 4 Times Tables check
- Previously undertaken English and Reading leadership roles in schools
- Maths and English tutoring experience both privately and in schools (1:1 and groups)
- ESL teaching experience

1st class honours BA (Hons) degree in Primary Education
My Availability
I currently have availability on Mondays and Wednesdays. I can offer sessions within normal school hours for home-educated children. I also have some limited after-school slots available.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
9.30am - 3pm: £35 per hour face-to-face/£25 per hour online (1 to 1)
3pm - 5.30pm: £40 per hour face-to-face/£30 per hour online (1 to 1)
Paired and group prices vary. From £10 per lesson for online group sessions.
