About Me
I am a patient and helpful individual who loves to organise fun games and help with homework. I’m a student studying English Literature at the University of Manchester so I am very flexible with my time. I have a car so I can work early/late hours. I grew up in a big family, with 3 siblings so I have always been family-orientated and understand the level of patience and energy children need. I love spending time with children as I have a very maternal nature and would love to help out in any way I can. I speak conversational mandarin as I grew up in Beijing, so I have a strong appreciation of different cultures and am happy to organise exercises to teach Mandarin or about the rich culture.
My Experience
I have babysat for many years across different families and have built a good relationship with every family I’ve worked for. I have experience babysitting children from ages 1 year to 14 years old and am capable of keeping them happy throughout the day with fun indoor/outdoor activities, helping with their homework, picking up or taking to school, putting them to bed etc. I have families I babysit for every time I come home for the holidays as I’ve maintained a close relationship with them and become like family as I’ve known them for years.
My Qualifications
I have completed my GCSES (receiving an A in Mandarin) and A-Level qualifications (receiving an A in English Literature). I am currently studying English Literature at the University of Manchester.
My Availability
I am very flexible with my hours as I have a car so I am happy to work early/late hours, depending on what is needed.
