About Me
My name is Josie, I am 26 and am moving back to Huntingdon after spending some time living abroad to spend time with my family. I enjoy being outside, playing sports and creative projects. I have spent several summers working at a sleep away camp in the States where I work on the waterfront teaching kids to sail, I find it incredibly rewarding watching kids develop their skills whilst have fun and enjoying themselves.
My Experience
Over the years I have helped at the nursery at my school where I grew up, I have worked going in to schools in the South of Wales encouraging kids to learn languages and I have worked at a summer camp in the United States, I began as a sailing Instructor and two years ago became the waterfront director. I love working with kids as it can be fun and exciting, however it also has challenges which I find motivating and enjoy as I learn a lot from them.
My Qualifications
I was educated up at a boarding school in the north of they UK, I have A levels in Maths, Geography and Spanish. I have a 2.1 in Geography and Spanish from Swansea University. I am lifeguard certified, I have been first aid trained several times, I have a small car and I have a full driving licence with 0 points.
My Availability
I am available most of the week and can be on weekends, I do love a park run on a Saturday morning however I can be flexible with this.
