My Requirements

I'm looking for someone honest and trustworthy to help with childcare for my 5 year old in half terms and the summer holidays and to help look after my 5 year old and 2 year old every other Saturday, due to the nature of my job. They are lovely boys, the 5 year old does have behaviour problems and SEN, currently with an EHCP and 1 to 1 support at school, can be very hyperactive and difficult at times but is loving at the same time, they enjoy baking, walks, playing outside, painting, watching films. Times and days can vary due to rota, I usually have my schedule 4 weeks in advance. I will be asking for a 4 day a week working pattern, so 24 hours over 4 days, hours are generally between 8 and 5. I am looking for maybe starting in January? Unless I find the absolute right person and I feel I can go back to work earlier. There may be an occasion where I need them to be looked after on an evening if I have training at work or staff meetings. This only happens on occasion.
