My Requirements

I am looking to hire someone who is self employed to help out following an operation for 6/8 weeks (within the next 3 months) while I am recovering. There are neurodiversity within the household so experience would be desired but not essential. 3-4 weeks notice to start is likely.
JOB DESCRIPTION
7:15am-8:15am and 4:30pm-7:30pm weekdays (this includes travel to school).
Weekends would be fortnightly 9:30am-1:30pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm .
92 hours total for the first 4 weeks at £10 per hour.
following 4 weeks between 64-92 hours total.
Mileage allowance will be paid for the school run at 35p pm.
School run to two different schools within 2 miles of house (8am and 4:30pm).
Driver with own car and relevant insurance essential.
I will be present but limited ability.
Tasks to vary but likely to include
Support with children’s personal care and medication.
Cook and supervise mealtimes.
Entertain and start bedtime routine.
Supporting with tidying children’s bedrooms.
Laundry (washer and dryer in the property).
Cleaning kitchen after use (dishwasher in the property).
Other related housework.
Opportunity for the morning shift to carry on if wanted.
Due to my recovery some non care tasks maybe required. (making a drink, plating a meal up)
References desired.
Public liability insurance will be purchased as you will mostly be in my home.
