My Experience

In my everyday practise I am constantly creating a safe and nurturing childcare environment for up to 15 children ranging from 6 weeks to 3 years old and also when situated in 3 years to 5 years room I am confident in creating this environment. I work well independent and also within my staff team. I am confident when interacting with communicating with parents to understand each child’s specific needs, I effectively interact with infants and toddlers while working towards specific age-appropriate milestones. However I also babysit for families within my nursery community and would be more than happy to nanny if the opportunity was available.
