As a registered nurse with over 5 years of experience, I currently work as a Sister in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). My background is in paediatric nursing, and I hold specialised qualifications in neonatal care. My work in the NICU has given me extensive experience in caring for newborns and young children, including those with complex medical needs.
In addition to my clinical skills, I am trained in both pediatric and neonatal resuscitation, and certified in CPR and first aid. My role as a nurse has not only enhanced my medical expertise but also strengthened my ability to provide compassionate and attentive care. I’m adept at creating a calm, supportive environment for both children and parents, and I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
