I previously worked as an Early Years Practitioner, I had to be part of a passionate and responsible staff team to provide a safe, secure, stimulating and nurturing environment for children from 0-5 years.I delivered high quality indoor and outdoor learning experiences for each individual child and ensuring each child’s needs are being met. I assessed and observed children’s progress, ensuring challenge and development in all areas incorporating documents, legislation and guidance into everyday practice. I formed strong positive relationships with both children and parents.
