My Summary
About Me
Hello Mums & Dads!
I am Fay, and specialise in providing care and support for first-time mums/ parents helping them navigate the challenges of early motherhood by offering guidance, reassurance, and practical support in their child's early developmental stages.
As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a supportive environment for children with diverse needs. With over 10 years of professional experience in social care and mental health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my role as a Nanny.
What I Offer:
I offer both full-time and part-time care in a safe, nurturing environment tailored to each child’s needs.
I specialise in providing support for first-time mothers and busy parents as they adjust to life with a new baby. I’m here to offer guidance, reassurance, and hands-on help to make sure both parent and child are well cared for during this special time. I understand that not everyone has family nearby, so I’m also available for extra babysitting and last-minute childcare when you need a break or an extra hand.
Along with my childcare services, I’m passionate about encouraging early reading and literacy in children. I believe in giving kids plenty of chances to read, explore the outdoors, and enjoy trips to the park, library, and museums to support their growth and curiosity.
Children’s safety and well-being are at the heart of my work. I stay up-to-date with all safeguarding guidelines and keep parents informed about their child’s daily routines, progress, and needs. My goal is to create a secure, caring, and respectful environment for every child in my care.
My Experience
With 20 years of experience working with children, I specialise in supporting children of all needs, including neurodivergent kids and those with challenging behaviours. My approach is child-centred, blending my professional experience in social work and personal experience raising my children.
