About Me

Hi,
I’m Tracy, a mum of two boys who are 5 and 8 years old. I am based in East London.
I have over 20 years of childcare experience (mainly in a nursery setting, working with babies and children from birth to five years of age. As a person, I am a very organised and structured, with a warm and caring nature. I work closely with families to build a strong and trusting relationship so they can feel at ease knowing that their child is receiving the best care. I am committed to making sure children are in a nurturing, fun and safe environment.

I have always had a passion for childcare, and as a patient person it's something I'm naturally good at. I have in depth knowledge and experience in the following:
• Weaning
• Routines
• Sleep training
• Toilet training
• Phonics
• Developmental learning activities for EYFS
• First aid trained

At work, I enjoy long walks and trips to the park. I also like taking children to development classes and different child based activities, as I believe they are important to help a child build upon their personal, social and emotional development.

My services for a day time nanny position are for 3 days a week (possibly 4 days, which can be discussed). I am also available for a night nanny position. I am experienced in sleep routines and have worked with many parents to help them set up good sleep and night feeding routine patterns.
