About Me
Hello, I’m Rebecca. I’m 25 and I’ve been helping care for kids for as long as I can remember. I have always had an interest in childcare. Every child deserves to be in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment, that is something I take very seriously when caring for children. I helped care for my cousin when she was a baby when my aunt went back to work. I have also taken care of a few children over the past couple of years. I worked with a couple of taxi services in the past taking kids to school, mainly children with special needs so I’m very familiar with that. Cooking is one of my favourite things to as well as cleaning and just keeping a home tidy, if you’re looking for an extra pair of hands around the house while you spend time with the kids or work I’m more than happy to help. I have a car so transport to and from anywhere, or school runs if required is no issue. I am first aid trained, I’m also in the process of getting certified in paediatric first aid. The care of your child/children is obviously a huge responsibility and not something you will take lightly so if you have any other questions or anything else you’d like to know about me personally please don’t hesitate to ask.
My Experience
I have done both part time & full time care. From occasional babysitting to a more full time role. I worked with a few taxi services taking kids to and from school. These children were mostly kids with special needs, from autism to sight problems so I have some experience in that area.
