My name is Ethan Ball, I am 22 years old and I moving from Ireland to Chiswick from the Beginning of November! I have worked in childcare related jobs from the age of 17 when I first got qualified as a youth club leader and mentor. From that I worked with young teenagers at a local youth club helping organise group outings and other activities such as cinema trips etc. From that at age 19 I started my first summer Job in Southampton New York at a day camp. I worked for three years gaining and retaining a promotion for my second and third year 2022-2024.
My Experience
My childcare experience stems from years of working as a mentor at a youth club and camp counsellor in the Hamptons. During this time, I’ve helped children navigate daily challenges like forming new friendships and overcoming fears of new foods/extreme allergy control trying different activities. I have experience with kids that have had different eating disorders, allergies and learning difficulties for 3 years at my position at summer camp. Whilst I was senior counsellor in Southampton I worked with kids ages 4-8 adapting to different types of learning and social behaviours. I also have extensive babysitting experience from the families I worked with during my period in the States. I am first aid trained and I have a 5ft shallow pool lifeguarding training complete in addition.(Red Cross)

Full Irish drivers license.
