My Experience
I started off in Early Years as an apprentice, I gained my Level 3 qualification and then worked as a practitioner for two years to gain experience within all age groups before then becoming a Room Leader. After gaining experience and more knowledge, I then went on to be a Deputy Manager of a small nursery located in Wiltshire. I have previous just gained my Level 5 Diploma.
