My Requirements
Hi, I live in the Falkirk area. I’m looking for a face to face tutor for my 7 year old son who is in P3. We are awaiting ADHD and Autism assessments through CAMHS. He does struggle with attention etc but he is a very smart boy, I feel he isn’t getting challenged enough at school, for instance.. they feel he is more than capable of reading higher levels but they can’t move him up until he shows he understands the comprehension side of it (when not 1-1 I don’t think he is doing his work in school), however at home when I sit with him 1-1 he is able to show he understands but unfortunately I am not a teacher so I need help. He said he isn’t challenged enough, this is coming from him. So basically I would love a tutor for him to really bring him on and in turn I’m hoping this will help him at school, I do understand a big part of it will be attention difficulties but I really do think he could be a really intelligent boy if he got that 1-1. I would prefer someone to have an ASN background if possible. Thank you x
