About Me
I’m an experienced English teacher & SQA marker based in Milngavie.
Contact me for weekly exam prep or English support to build your confidence & achieve success! I can do hour, 90 minute or 2 hour sessions. I can support ESOL children or adults. This year I am looking to support home-schooled children, especially senior pupils seeking to go to university.
My Experience
I've been an English teacher in Glasgow for 7 years and an SQA Marker for 5. I have experience teaching National 5 and Higher English to a high level and always achieve great results for my pupils. I am helpful, compassionate and an expert in my subject. I have worked with many young people with ASN like dyslexia and ASC.
My Qualifications
I have a bachelor's and master's degree in English Literature, a TEFL certificate to teach ESOL and PGDE Secondary Education - all from Glasgow University & Strathclyde University.
My Availability
I can come to your home in Milngavie, Bearsden, Westerton, Bishopbriggs and surrounding areas.
