About Me
My name is Morgan and my husband and I have one dog and a daughter who is 15 months. She is incredible, kind and sensitive and we’re looking for someone who wants to be with us long term. Ideally live in, and if not live in is open to doing overnights and traveling with the family when we go to America and South Africa. We’re looking for someone trustworthy, patient, loving, and fun who loves loves dogs. We are a really loving and informal family, we like people to feel comfortable and to treat our daughter with love and warmth as if she was your own. We pride ourselves on being super respectful and of course want someone to respect our home and our needs.
My Requirements
My husband works full time and I work four days a week, with a few days from home, so we are looking for mainly full time help. We are ideally looking for someone who is open to doing a mixture of nanny/ housekeeping work - but we are also open to nanny only, so long as they are okay cleaning around our daughter etc. Please clarify when you reach out, what your preference is.
Because my daughter is not yet in nursery, the day will be about creating fun different activities, cooking and helping her reach different developmental milestones. Making sure she gets fresh air, taking the dog for a walk. And then during the naps doing some of the cleaning, and ensure the house is ready for the bedtime routine when I’m home from work (bath is ready, room is ready etc.).
We are looking for someone to do a few core days, standard 8-6 hours, and then 1-2 half days, including a half day on the weekend, waking up with our daughter a few weeks a month so we can have one lie in ? but ultimately about 40-45+ hours.
For live in we’re looking for a weekly rate of around £550 - and live out we are open to £650 maximum for around 45 hours (split flexibly).
