My Experience
I started working with children in 2018, where I gained my level 3 in children's education. I loved working with the children and watching them grow into little people. In this job, I won the nursery nurse of the year award in the NMT's. To progress in my carer I moved on to deputy manager, where I supported staff in development of children. Working with SEN children and working with families for the best outcomes for the children. I am now currently a manger of a setting but now looking to work directly with children.
