About Me
To begin with, I just want to say that I love kids; I want 7 kids when I’m financially stable. I’ve always just felt joy in my heart when I’m around kids. I first started taking babysitting very seriously when my aunty had her first child and couldn’t be there for him much because she was a single mother working and trying to care for her child. I would babysit him, and I was great at it. It was my first time spending so much alone time with a baby, and I had just gotten used to caring for him. So, I started babysitting more kids of different age groups.
My Experience
I worked as a babysitter in St Lucia for roughly two years. I would babysit my now 3-year-old cousin on a weekly basis when his mom went to work. Being that he was a baby, I had to do everything for him, for example, shower him, cook and feed him, change him, bring him on walks and so on. I also used to babysit an 8 and 9-year-old. I had to help them in the shower at times, help them wash their hair, help them with homework, pick them up from school, drop them off at school, cook for them and do fun activities with them. I used to also baby sit a 5 year old during summer or 2023, I had to shower her, cook for her, do fun activities with her and much more.
