I am a current university student studying Health Psychology Masters. Having recently completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I have found myself looking to gain essential experience within childcare. I am a caring, fun, kind person who tries to bring the best out of people. I have a full UK driving license and some experience within a nursery setting.
My Experience
Over the past three months, I have gained invaluable experience working in a nursery with a strong focus on supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of individual care, tailored learning, and emotional support, key skills that translate seamlessly into nannying. By working closely with children who require additional attention and adapting to their unique needs, I’ve learned to create nurturing, structured environments that promote growth and confidence. This experience has equipped me with the patience, empathy, and flexibility necessary to provide exceptional care in one-on-one nannying roles. However, I have had to give the job up as it doesn't fit into my university timeline.
My Qualifications
I don't have any childcare qualifications. However, I have 10 GCSE's, 3 a levels, a degree in Psychology and just starting my postgraduate degree in Health Psychology
