Hi! I'm Tamsin! I’m 24 years old and am a reliable, caring, and creative nanny. I am currently working as a teaching assistant at an SEN school, and am looking for childcare work over the coming school holidays (April 7th-18th).
I’m committed to working closely with parents to create a routine that fits your child’s unique needs and goals. I love taking advantage of local playgroups, parks, museums, and libraries to ensure each day is fun, stimulating, and enriching.
In addition to full-day childcare, I can assist with light housekeeping and am more than happy to help with tutoring and homework, thanks to my academic background.
I have recently completed my CPI training course, and am comfortable working with children with special behavioural and educational needs.
My Experience
I am currently working in an SEN setting, working closely to support the learning and behavioural needs of children aged 7-14.
I have previously worked as a Holiday Programme Facilitator, where I helped to plan and lead educational and engaging activities, while supervising groups of children in public spaces.
I also regularly babysat for local families growing up, gaining experience with children of different ages and personalities.
Additionally, I have two younger siblings, one of whom is neurodivergent, which has given me valuable experience in understanding and supporting the unique needs of neurodivergent children.
