About Me
Hello, my name is Izabel Fyne and I am 21 years old and I’ve just graduated with a first class degree in criminology. I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old and can provide character statements from families to attest to my skills. I love to work with and be around children. Outside of babysitting, I have 13 nieces and nephews with the youngest being one year old. I have taught my children how to tie their shoelaces, manners and etiquette, road safety, cooking skills and so on. I am able to help with schoolwork and can also cook many healthy and nutritious yet delicious meals cooking and baking a passion of mine and I can translate this skill into babysitting. I believe that to be a good babysitter, you must have a good relationship with the parents. Therefore, I will always update parents throughout the day as to how their children are getting on and if they’ve learnt anything new whilst they’ve been with me.
My Experience
I’ve loved working with children, and I won’t lie it has had its ups and downs. For some children communication is difficult especially those that struggle with their speech or delivery of words. Some children may become aggressive in a new setting and not understand why they are being told off when they act this way in public, with the question why can you tell me what to do because you’re not my parents. I never aim to discipline a child more than what is allowed for by the parents, I believe children need to be heard and not just seen. We were all children once and at some point I’ve been ignored by an adult because we were children , I find that happiest children are the ones that have been listened to, The ones that are understood.
My Qualifications
I have received an advanced DBS check from volunteering with an elderly person’s charity and I have a basic DBS check as well. I have no criminal convictions.
I have a bachelors degree in criminology, Three A-levels and 10 GCSEs

I am available Monday to Friday and I am open to discuss weekends

- Babysitting from £11.44 per hour
My fees I always discuss with the family. But never anything lower than minimum wage. Which is £11.44.
