About Me
Our son Ronnie was born and diagnosed with HIE grade 2 Moderate to severe brain damage, he is currently hitting most of his milestones and is doing really well, my partner has now returned to work and I am also trying to get some work going again, I work for myself at home as a dog boarder so trying to find the time to keep on top of things can be difficult, ideally wanting to find someone we can rely on to have Ronnie a few hours here and there and to understand his condition and his needs, also someone who will give him the extra care he needs to try and engage with him as much as possible to help with his development and hitting his milestones.
My Requirements
A lot of Engagement with Ronnie to help him hit milestones, someone we can rely on, disability experience in babies and children, possible overnight stays
