I come from a large family with many children as well as being a mum myself to two boys aged 16 and 6.
My Experience
I previously worked as a sales assistant in Vodafone and whilst I enjoyed my time there and I am grateful for the skills & knowledge I acquired; I began to express interest in the field of childcare & nannying due to spending a lot of time around professional nannies whilst my son was young.
I left Vodafone and I secured my first professional nanny position with a lovely family who gave
me my first nannying opportunity and since starting to nanny I now realise this is the career path I want for myself. I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for children as a nanny and working on a
close person level with the family. I have learnt a-lot from the nannies I have formed a close
network with and look forward to studying for a childcare qualification of my own future to
further develop my knowledge.
